Philips Channel Editor 2.0.5.9 is a freeware application for editing, viewing and converting Philips TS files. Installation: Unpack the rar file to a folder on your hard drive and run the EXE file from that folder to install. After downloading the .rar, 2) Unpack it to a folder on your hard drive. 3) Open a Command Prompt ('command prompt' on Windows 7/8/10) and go to the unziped folder. 4) Run the installer by typing "installchanneleditor22". After that, you will receive two windows: 1. Channel Editor is installed and will start automatically when you launch it. 2. The setup dialog is opened and upgradable tools can be installed from there.
