10. Next you need to open the remote access and access Autodesk online to create an user account. 11. Click on the close button on the remote access, it should show: ‘Thank you for your request’. 12. You should get a screen with the message: ‘You have been successfully activated.’. 13. Click on the activation code received. This should show: ‘You have successfully activated the software and have an activation code for you to use to activate the software on your computer.’. 14. On the screen, click on the ‘Activate’ button and you should be able to use the software.
Step 3: How to change the IP
When you first activate the software you will see a green arrow on the top right hand side of the screen. Once you start working with the software, the arrow changes to a red cross. The first thing you need to do is go to the Autodesk website and log on using the code from your activation code. Go to the Autodesk website and select the account you created when you first purchased the software. From there, you should see a link called ‘activate next-gen products’. Select this link and follow the steps.
